Hard boiled eggs

1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water, about an inch over the top of the eggs
2. Heat the water to boiling
3. Remove the pot from the burner and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes
4. Drain the water and place the eggs in a bath of ice cold water
5. The eggs are ready to peel!
